In sum, more than 50 scientists, technical employees and other project participants work together across four institutions in the ODER~SO project. Subproject 1 "Coordination and communication" connects the project participants with each other and supports the coordination of cross-subproject activities such as sampling, data management and scientific exchange.
The sub-project is also responsible for transferring knowledge from the project to the public. In addition to providing specialised information for the general public, this also includes providing scientific advice to politicians and authorities.
The tasks of the sub-project include
- Collection and processing of the data obtained in the project according to FAIR principles
- Information transfer to the stakeholders involved in the project, in particular the steering group and the accompanying working group
- Organisation of workshops and other internal and external events
- Reporting and administrative project management
